When we do a recruitment for you, we start with a clear picture of the skills you need. We can work from your job description. If you don’t have one, we will quickly outline the performance requirements for the position.
We select final candidates based on their ability to perform on your job, not just their past experience and apparent resume fit.
Once you have decided the final candidate, we will coordinate the offer process. Then we will outline an on-boarding / probation plan that covers the new person’s first 3 months on the job.
